Our in house lab is capable of telling us a great deal about the material we buy
and sell. The following is a breakdown of some of the testing equipment that we
currently have. All equipment is tested and certified quarterly by an outside independent
testing organization to ensure the highest quality and accurate results.

United T–Y–E Machine

With this machine, we are able to check the tensile, yield, and elongation of material.
By robotically conducting the proper ductility and break tests, we can determine
the specific TYE of a piece of material and generate a custom report with the results
as well as printable graphs detailing the outcome.

Olsen Machine
|
Our Olsen machine can test the formability of material Up to a gauge of .090.
|
Rockwell Machines
|
Rockwells allow us to test the hardness of material. We can test the hardness on
15 T, 30T, up to a B Scale.
